Dr Parashram Patil is the founder and president of The Institute For Natural Resources, it is a think tank in agriculture and natural resources at the gross route level. Through this institute he has taken a number of initiatives at the grass route level such as capacity development and awareness programmes for farmers, policy advocacy, innovative experiments, research projects etc. There is no think tank working at gross route level in the field of agriculture and natural resources. Dr Parashram Patil is trying to breach this gap through The Institute For Natural Resources. He is dreaming of making this institute a leading policy advocacy platform in the world in the areas of agriculture and natural resources.
